If the competition or raffle is processed in your own name, you only need to appear with your DNI, NIE or Passport. If it is on behalf of a third party, in addition to your identification, you must present the authentic copy of the power of attorney of representation.
In the case that you represent a Spanish company, we can obtain the commercial information from the notary's office that accredits your representation.
If it is a foreign company, the company's documentation must be translated (except English, French, Italian and Portuguese) and apostilled. In addition, you must present the certificate that accredits the registration in the company register, the NIF and your NIF or Passport as the company's representative.
Together with the identification documents, it will also be necessary to present the document with the competition rules to be deposited.
How much does a competition certificate cost?

As a guideline, according to the current regulatory legislation, the usual price for the formalisation of a bankruptcy deed is between €150 and €350, including VAT.
This indicative price is calculated for a standard document and the price range mainly depends on the length of the terms of the bankruptcy.
What is the difference between a competition record and a draw record?
The difference between both lies in the fact that the draw record registers the holding and the result of the draw or raffle of a random nature according to the contest rules that were established and deposited before a Notary.
