The fields of these records are mandatory, making it impossible to carry out the stated purposes if this data is not provided.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or you do not request its deletion, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided.

The processing of your data is carried out on the following legal bases that legitimise it:

The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.

The communication of data to the State Forces and Bodies will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations.

JLA NOTARIOS CB is the holder of all copyright, intellectual property, industrial property, "know how" and all other rights related to the contents of the website www.jlanotarios.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programmes necessary for its implementation and the related information.

Reproduction, publication and/or use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the website www.jlanotarios.com for purposes other than strictly private use is not permitted without prior written consent.

The user must respect the third-party programmes made available to them by JLA NOTARIOS CB, even if they are free and/or publicly available.

JLA NOTARIOS CB holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.

The user does not acquire any rights or licence through the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the rights and licences necessary for the fulfilment of the contracted services and only during their duration.

For any action that exceeds the fulfilment of the contract, the user will require written authorisation from JLA NOTARIOS CB, and the user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by JLA NOTARIOS CB, assuming civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on their part.

The use of the services provided by JLA NOTARIOS CB contrary to intellectual property legislation is prohibited, in particular:

• Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or infringes the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of JLA NOTARIOS CB, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.
• Cracks, serial numbers of programmes or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
• The use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk mail.

The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hyperlinks, third-party claims and legal actions relating to intellectual property, third-party rights and the protection of minors.

The user is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations in force and the rules relating to the operation of the online service, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.

The user shall indemnify JLA NOTARIOS CB for expenses incurred due to the attribution of www.jlanotarios.com in any case where responsibility is attributable to the user, including legal fees and defence costs, even in the case of a non-final court decision.

JLA NOTARIOS CB makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as said data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup copy.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in the backup copies made by JLA NOTARIOS CB, when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to prior acceptance by the user.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to JLA NOTARIOS CB.

In application of the LSSI. JLA NOTARIOS CB will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients thereof.

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, JLA NOTARIOS CB is authorised to send commercial communications relating to products or services of www.jlanotarios.com that are similar to those initially contracted with the client.

In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no further commercial information be sent to them through the Customer Service channels.
