Content Editorial Process
At JLA Notarios, notary office in Barcelona, we apply an editorial process in the drafting of our blog and informational sections that guarantees the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of the content. It reflects our commitment to responsible legal information aligned with the principles of transparency, experience, and public service that define the notarial function.
The JLA Notarios team is made up of practising Notaries and legal professionals with extensive experience in the notarial, tax, civil, and registry fields, whose commitment to legal excellence is reflected in each of our contents.
Editorial Methodology
- Topic selection. They are chosen based on:
- Relevant regulatory changes.
- Legal news.
- Recent or particularly interesting case law.
- Frequently asked questions from our clients.
- Areas of notarial law that require dissemination or quality.
- Writing. All our articles are prepared by practising Notaries or legal professionals with proven experience in the notarial, tax or registry fields. Thus, virtually all the blog articles and the website services have been written by the Notaries of Barcelona Luis Alberto Álvarez Moreno and Juan Madridejos Velasco (more than 95% of the website content). Only very occasionally, a notary clerk with extensive experience writes an article on a specific topic in which they are a specialist.
- Legal and Technical Review. Each text undergoes an internal review that includes:
- Legal verification.
- Legislative update.
- Quality and comprehension to ensure the content is accessible to non-expert readers.
- Sources and references. We cite official sources: laws, regulations, resolutions, rulings, tax consultations or institutional portals. We are committed to dissemination with traceability.
- Periodic updating. Since the legal environment is dynamic, our articles are regularly reviewed. If a relevant legislative or case law change occurs, the content will be updated as soon as possible and the date of the last review will be indicated.
- Final Supervision and Publication. Before publication, each content undergoes a final review to ensure its accuracy and compliance with the current legal framework.
