- Have the capacity to provide accommodation
- Have the material resources to cover all types of expenses of the guests
- One of the requirements for an invitation letter is that the stay does not exceed 90 calendar days, therefore, the period must be indicated correctly
- Generally, that the visitor comes from a country where a visa is required
- Fill out a form with the following data which must be signed verifying the information provided:
- Identification: name, surnames, place and date of birth, nationality, identity document number (DNI or NIE) and full address.
- Travel data to Spain: period of stay and date of entry and exit from the country.
- Provide the guest's details: name, surnames, place and date of birth, nationality, address in their country and passport number.
- Determine the relationship between yourself and the guest.
- Express the intention to invite and take responsibility for a family member or friend either at your home or at a second residence, always specifying the place of stay during the trip.
